Spencer Srivastava is a Senior Program Manager in the Center for Research and Collaborative Partnerships at American University. Mr. Srivastava has over eight years of experience in justice system reform and treatment court technical assistance. He most recently worked as a Program Manager in the Office of National Initiatives at the Center for Justice Innovation, where he supported state and local court administrators with strategic planning, training, data collection, and program evaluation. Mr. Srivastava has developed technical assistance tools and policy recommendations on topics including treatment courts, community courts, and prosecutorial practices. Earlier in his career, he worked with prosecutors and defense attorneys in Brooklyn Criminal Court to facilitate alternatives to pre-trial detention and incarceration. Mr. Srivastava holds a B.A. in International Studies from Old Dominion University and is a current J.D. candidate at Syracuse University College of Law.
